This is YOUR 10 week challenge to life-changing habits!
Do you set health goals and then struggle to stick to them? Do you start with a hiss and a roar and soon fizzle into nothing? Then this is the program for you!
Together we will be focusing on 4 pillars of health:
- your sleep
- your movement
- your hydration
- your nutrition
Without these fundamental habits no amount of motivation will get you to your goals. These pillars will be broken down into bite sized chunks to ensure your success.
You will be part of a supportive community of other habit seekers and you will have personal support from me, Alaina, a clinical nutritionist and a REP’s registered personal trainer.
At the end of this challenge my goal is that you will be able to:
- Have a kickass morning and evening routine!
- Know how to create good habits in all areas of your life and stick to them!
- Sleep like a baby!
- Enjoy moving your body every single day!
- Feel like you’ve got your health and lifestyle under control. No more overwhelm!!
